Storage for all WordPress hosting plans have been increased by 50%, at no additional fee. This includes all existing hosting subscriptions, as well as future ones.
You should see this change reflected in your allocated storage from your WordPress dashboard. If not, kindly contact support, and we would get to it right away.

We are happy to announce our new Help Centre. The Help Centre seeks to help existing and potential customers with detailed information about our services and how to use them.
It features articles on selected topics, including support, sales, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and more.
Our Terms & Conditions have been updated, with a few changes to the previous agreement. Worthy of note is the addition of an Acceptable Use policy.
In summary, copyright infringement, publication of sexually explicit content, and anything else considered illegal by any applicable law is forbidden. We are also implementing a repeat infringer policy.
To augment the existing backups at our current cloud provider, we are adding FREE daily backups for all sites on the GrottoPress platform.
Our new backup strategy involves storing fully-encrypted snapshots of each site at a third party provider. This should allow restoration of any site in the event of data loss or corruption.
We are giving existing clients an opportunity to earn cash every month, by placing a GrottoPress link at the foot of your site.
