To augment the existing backups at our current cloud provider, we are adding FREE daily backups for all sites on the GrottoPress platform.
Our new backup strategy involves storing fully-encrypted snapshots of each site at a third party provider. This should allow restoration of any site in the event of data loss or corruption.
The backups are done every day for each site, and kept for a minimum 30 days. All sites are granted 1 FREE restore request per month.
This new backup policy applies only to sites on the new platform. If you did not receive a mail from us about migrating your site to our new platform, contact support to get your site moved.
