We honour all claims of copyright infringement, including those filed under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of the United States.

In general, we follow the following steps when we receive such a notice:

  1. Remove or disable the alleged infringing material, or require the affected customer to remove it.
  2. Notify the customer of the claim made against them, and give them the opportunity to challenge it.
  3. If challenged, we notify the claimant of said challenge.
  4. Restore, or ask the customer to restore, the alleged infringing material, if the claimant does not file a formal lawsuit against the customer regarding said alleged infringement.
